Tiffany works with emergency responders and their families to cope with the daily challenges of being in emergency services and to heal from traumatic incidents. She also works with departments to establish and implement a mental health program. Tiffany has also designed a specialized retreat specifically for emergency responders offered several times per year, or as requested.
Somatic therapy focuses on how the body reacts or responds to experiences. Tiffany can help you identify how your body is reacting, where it is holding emotions or experiences, and how to release this to live a better functioning life.
Tiffany can help you to understand how nutrition affects your mental health and food options that promote healthier living.

I am a Licensed Independent/Clinical Social Worker practicing clinical social work (counseling) in Iowa and Colorado. I have also been a massage therapist for 11 years! I have been a fire-wife for 15 years, and I specialize in trauma-based therapy, nutrition, and holistic wellness. I recognize the growing need in our community to expand services and bring a more cohesive type of therapy and wellness to our community. I am so excited to work with you all!

In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
